How long will my facility be out of service?

Downtime depends on the system, square footage, and cure profile. We routinely turn smaller spaces around in 48–72 hours and schedule larger installs around production windows, weekends, and shutdowns.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. Every system carries a written workmanship warranty, and most manufacturer systems we install include a separate material warranty (typically 5–20 years depending on the product). We provide warranty documentation at project closeout.

Are your crews certified and insured?

Yes. We are ISNetworld and Avetta pre-qualified, fully insured, and our crews are trained and certified on the specific systems we install — not generalists.

25 years of best practices, executed the same way on every project. No shortcuts on prep, no cure-time surprises.

1. Surface Prep
Diamond grind, shot blast, or abrasive blast to ICRI/SSPC profile. Crack repair, joint detail, and substrate moisture testing.
2. Primer & Build
Manufacturer-spec primer applied at recorded DFT, followed by build coats matched to your traffic, chemical, and thermal load.
3. Finish & Detail
Topcoat, broadcast aggregate, cove base, and transitions installed to spec — with documented mil thickness throughout.
4. QC & Closeout
Pull-off adhesion testing, photo documentation, manufacturer letters, and warranty paperwork delivered at completion.
